How It Works
Placing Your First Order

Step #1 - Select a Product
Select a product from the list below and scroll down the page to the order details.
Step #2 - Add Order Information
Input and/or upload your order information. Each product will have its own specific set of options needed to calculate the final price and complete your order.
For Document Reviews a document type will need to be selected to help us get the most knowledgable expert on your order as quickly as possible. Document types we currently review are listed below, as a reference:

After selecting the type of real estate document to be reviewed, you will be required to upload all your documents. You can do this from desktop or mobile, and can select up to 10 files in most formats like JPEG’s, PDF’s, DOC’s, or Excel. (if you have a link to a hosted file, you will be able to add it further down in the “additional information” text box)
From there, select the total page length of all your documents (or your best guess and we will double check it for you after the order is placed). The total price updates automatically as you make selections so there are no surprises.
Finally, choose the type of review you want done (basic accuracy check, red flags, or both) and add any additional notes you think will aid us in our review.
For Financial Modeling orders, simply providing the property address is sufficient in most cases for us to complete our analysis. Of course, any supporting documents and information you can include will greatly help us focus our analysis on your specific concerns.
Step #3 - Complete Checkout
After adding your specific order information, you will be prompted to add your order to the cart and complete your checkout, when ready. You are not required to create an account with us to place an order.
You will be prompted to acknowledge our Terms of Service then select a “quick checkout” option via ShopPay, ApplePay or FacebookPay OR enter some personal contact details, so we know how and who to send the finished order to, and pay via Credit/Debit Card or over 70+ Cryptocurrencies via Coinbase or NowPayments.
Step #4 - Receive Your Completed Order
Most orders are processed, completed and sent back to you within roughly 24 hours. We do have a 5pm PST cutoff, so any orders placed before that time should be completed by 5pm the following business day.
Watch Out: Orders placed on a Friday evening after 5pm PST will not be returned to you until Tuesday by 5pm. Please reach out to us directly if you need an order expedited overnight or over a weekend and we will do our best to accomodate you!
We will follow up with you via email and/or phone if we have any questions related to your order prior to sending you the finished product.
Step 6 - Take Action
Now you have your document review or financial model in-hand and can make timely, informed real estate decisions. You also potentially saved $1,000’s of dollars by using Level On Demand. Kudos to you!
