Level On Demand Fulfillment Policy
Services Provided:
Level On Demand offers real estate consulting and digital services to clients at hourly or fixed-price rates. Services are rendered remotely and considered fulfilled upon delivery of agreed-upon work or completion of consulting milestones.
Delivery Timeline:
Project timelines and delivery expectations are outlined at the start of each engagement. Hourly services may be provided as single sessions or ongoing project work billed on a rolling basis. Fixed-price services will have a specified delivery timeline provided at purchase.
Refunds and Cancellations:

Hourly Services:

For one-time sessions: Clients may cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service.

For ongoing project work: Clients may cancel ongoing hourly services at any time. Any unused, pre-paid hours that have not yet been billed or worked will be refunded. Hours already worked, whether billed or pending billing, are non-refundable.

Fixed-Price Services:
Due to the nature of digital consulting and advisory work, all fixed-price services are non-refundable once work has begun. If a client cancels before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued upon request.
