We're currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst who shares our commitment to providing insightful and practical financial analyses for various real estate deals. As our Financial Analyst, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making sense of numbers and guiding our clients through the financial landscape of their real estate projects. You'll primarily be working in Google Sheets, crafting clear and comprehensive analyses that help our clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed financial models and analyses for a range of real estate deals using Google Sheets.
• Analyze cash flows, profitability, investment returns, and financial risks associated with various real estate projects.
• Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data and insights for accurate financial modeling.
• Present your findings in a way that's easy to understand, even for those without a financial background.
• Continuously refine and improve our financial analysis tools and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and financial best practices.

Who you are:

• You have a strong background in finance or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate.
• You're a Google Sheets guru – formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization are your bread and butter.
• You've got a knack for translating complex financial concepts into plain English.
• You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• You have a collaborative spirit and are excited about working with a diverse range of clients and projects.
