We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box to lead our Business Development team. If you're all about creative, unconventional marketing and sales strategies and ready to leave the traditional playbook behind, you might just be the person we're looking for. As our Director of Business Development, you won't be following the usual script. We need a visionary who can harness the power of guerrilla marketing to create impactful, unconventional strategies that drive our growth and bring attention to a relatively unknown business without clear competition.

  • Oversee and inspire creative marketing campaigns that capture attention and provoke conversation.
  • Analyze market trends with a fresh perspective, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to our brand's mission and goals.
  • Embrace a trial-and-error mindset, understanding that not every idea will stick, but the right ones can make a huge impact.

  • You have experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, but it's your creative and unorthodox approach that sets you apart.
  • You're a natural leader with a knack for inspiring teams to think differently.
  • Your background may not be the traditional corporate route, but you've got a portfolio of successful, outside-the-box projects.
  • You're comfortable in the digital world but know that impactful marketing doesn't always live online.
  • You're adaptable, resilient, and not afraid to take calculated risks.
  • Strong communication skills – you know how to sell an idea and get people on board.

This position is about results at the end of the day, and as such, working arrangements and comp packages will be offered individually to candidates we think could be a great fit.
