Now, we're on the lookout for a Real Estate Development Specialist to join our team! As our go-to person for all things development, you'll be a friendly guide for our clients as they navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of development from site selection to construction.

What you'll do:

• Be a trusted guide to clients navigating the design, permitting, and building of their projects, big and small.
• Juggle chats with architects, builders, and local councils, making sure everyone's on the same page.
• Demystify the permitting maze, keeping an eye on rules and regs to keep things running smoothly.
• Sometimes you'll be asked to also stay involved with construction crews, budgets, and timelines.
• Spot trouble before it happens and come up with crafty solutions.
• Keep everyone in the loop with updates that even a five-year-old would get.
• Stay cool as a cucumber under pressure, managing strong personalities.

What we are looking for in candidates:

• You've been around the real estate block – maybe 5 years or so – and have seen it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
• You might have a degree, but it's your mix of experiences that really counts.
• You're a project management ninja, with skills to keep everything on track without breaking a sweat.
• You're a people person – communicating is your superpower.
• Tech-savvy enough to manage things online, but you still appreciate a good old-fashioned phone call.
• You're cool with juggling multiple projects.
