Level On Demand is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced contract analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing a variety of real estate contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and identifying any potential red flags or areas of concern. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate, law, or contract analysis who is looking for a flexible, remote opportunity to apply their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of various real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, partnership agreements, and other related documents.
- Identify and highlight any discrepancies, unusual terms, potential legal issues, or clauses that could be detrimental to our clients.
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure the best interests of clients are protected.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals, attorneys, and clients to clarify contract terms and negotiate revisions when necessary.
- Stay updated with current real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure all contract reviews are compliant and relevant.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing findings and suggestions for contract modifications.
- Manage multiple contract reviews simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
What do we look for in our contract analysts?
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate contract analysis, legal review, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, practices, and contract terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Proficient in using digital document management systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
